No! Choclate vs Spinach! Did you know, that Xocai chocolate is just about one of the healthiest things you can put in your mouth? Well, let me tell you! One tiny square of this amazing chocolate will provide you with more more than 3000 ORAC (that’s the rating of anti-oxidants in stuff)! The RDA (Recommended Daily Amount) as suggested by the US government is around 5000. However, most nutritionalists will tell you that you need 10,000 in a day for optimum health. So that’s 3-4 squares of chocolate as opposed to a pound and a half to two pounds of spinach!!! I know which one I’d prefer! Not that I don’t like spinach, on the contrary, I love it! However, to eat that much each day for my RDA of ORAC? Ain’t gonna happen! I’m learning loads about anti-oxidants, Omega 3’s and all sorts of other interesting stuff and am so excited to finally get my hands on this wonderful stuff! It tastes fantastic and I can now eat chocolate – guilt free! Oh, and the other good thing? You can’t overdose on it.Your body will tell you when you’ve had enough – personally, I can only have one square at a time and it’s all I need.
